Error code on the display, water that will not heat, a pump that hums, a leak you cannot find. Our Hamilton-based technicians diagnose on the first visit, carry parts for the brands we sell, and quote the fix in writing before any work begins.

Most hot tub problems come down to six things. Every call starts with a proper diagnosis so you pay for the part that is actually broken.
FLO, OH, DR, SN and the rest. We read the code, find the real cause (flow, sensor, heater, board) and fix that, not just the symptom.
Humming, tripping, leaking at the wet end, weak jets or no circulation. Seal kits and replacement pumps for the brands we sell are stocked.
Water not getting to temperature, heater tripping the GFCI, or a heater element gone. Tested and replaced on site.
Union fittings, jet bodies, manifolds, pump seals and plumbing. We find the source before we quote the fix.
Dead displays, buttons that do nothing, boards that reboot. Diagnosed with the right test gear, replaced when it is the board.
Jet inserts, seal replacement, LED lighting and cover lifters. Small jobs we fit around the bigger ones.
Not every fault needs a visit. If the display shows a code you do not recognise, call first. Some are a reset or a dirty filter, and we would rather tell you that on the phone.
Parts are stocked for the brands on our floor: Maple Spas, Platinum Spas, DreamMaker and Be Well Canada. Gecko and Balboa control systems cover most other tubs built in the last 15 years, so most makes can be repaired with parts ordered in days, not weeks.
Bought your tub here? We are the factory-authorized dealer and handle warranty repairs in-house. See the warranty page for what each brand covers.
“Great customer service, keeping their word on everything they promised.”
- Mike G., HamiltonA tub under 10 years old with one failed component is almost always worth fixing. A tub over 12 with cracks in the shell, corrosion across the equipment bay or parts no longer made usually is not.
If it is time, we remove the old tub the same day we deliver the new one, and the trade-in program puts its value toward the replacement.
Hot Tubs Hamilton has been serving the GTA west since 2018. Our repair technicians are the same Hamilton-based team that handles delivery, installation and maintenance, dispatched from our showroom at 1171 Upper James St Unit 9A.
Repair is quoted after diagnosis, because a tripping GFCI can be a damp connection or a heater. Call (905) 769-8585 with the brand, the age of the tub and what it is doing (or the error code on the display). We tell you what the visit covers before we book it and confirm the repair price in writing before any part goes in.
Yes. We service every brand we sell (Maple Spas, Platinum Spas, DreamMaker and Be Well Canada) and most we do not, including older tubs from other dealers and big-box stores. If a part is no longer made for your model, we tell you straight.
Most repair calls across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Dundas and Grimsby are booked within the same week. A tub that is losing water or will not heat in winter is moved to the front of the schedule where we can.
If you bought the tub from us, we are the factory-authorized dealer and handle warranty service in-house. Bring your purchase date and the fault; we check coverage before anything is charged.
The brand and model, the age of the tub, any error code on the display, and a photo or short video of the problem if you can. Clear access to the equipment bay (the cabinet panel on the side of the tub) saves time on site.
Repair first if the tub is under 10 years old, the fault is one component (pump, heater, sensor) and the quote is under roughly 30% of a replacement. Replacement makes more sense when the shell is cracked, several components are corroding at once, or parts are no longer made. We give you an honest answer either way.
Yes. A GFCI that trips is usually the heater, a pump, the ozonator or moisture in a connection. We isolate each circuit to find which one, then quote the fix. If the problem is on the house side (panel or wiring) we tell you and you call your electrician.
Yes. Water testing, chemical balancing, filter cleaning and drain-and-refill are on our maintenance page. Many repair calls end with a maintenance plan so the same fault does not come back.
Call with the brand and what the tub is doing, or send a photo through the contact form. Most Hamilton-area repairs are booked the same week.
