Can I use a swim spa year-round in Ontario?
Absolutely - that's one of the biggest advantages over a traditional pool. Our Platinum Spas swim spas are fully insulated and rated for Canadian winters. Most Hamilton customers use their swim spas 12 months of the year.
How long does it take to install a swim spa?
Unlike an in-ground pool which takes 4–8 weeks, a swim spa is typically installed in a single day. You'll need a concrete pad prepared beforehand. We handle delivery, crane lift if required, and electrical connection.
What is the difference between the Eros, Helios, and Zelus?
The Eros is our most compact model - ideal for smaller backyards or couples. The Helios is mid-sized with a balanced swim lane and spa section. The Zelus is our largest dual-zone model designed for families. Pro variants add more powerful swim current for serious athletes.
Can I see a swim spa at your Hamilton showroom?

Does a swim spa require special electrical?
Most swim spas require a dedicated 60-amp 240V circuit, handled by a licensed electrician. We coordinate the electrical requirements during your order process and can recommend local electricians if needed.
