The equipment warranty covers the pump, heater, control system, blower, and jets. It does not cover cosmetic wear, filters, cover, or damage resulting from improper water chemistry.
Most warranty repairs are completed in a single visit once the technician arrives with the correct parts. Complex repairs requiring backordered parts can take 1-2 weeks. We keep a stock of common components for all brands we sell.
Labour is covered for the duration of the labour warranty period shown in the table above. After that period, parts may still be covered under their longer warranty, but you would pay for the technician visit and labour time.
