The tablet ships pre-loaded with the wellness programs. Wi-Fi enables app pairing and updates but is not required for daily use.

Are Sunlighten saunas safe?

Every Sunlighten cabin is ETL certified by Intertek and tested for low EMF by VitaTech. We carry only the official Sunlighten lineup with full manufacturer support.

What is the warranty?

7 years on heater, controls, cabin, and electrical components. Warranty service is handled through our Hamilton showroom.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary by model and stock. Once you place a deposit, our Hamilton team confirms a delivery window in writing.
